We value all of our clients and, of course, hope you never leave us! In the event we part ways, we ask for three months’ notice during the first 12 months to ensure fairness and proper resourcing for all our members. After the first year, only one month’s notice is required.

Most of our specialists have an employment legal background (though they’re not practicing lawyers), giving you confidence in their expertise and depth of knowledge.

All resources are included in the easy-to-navigate member portal, including documents, guides, news-alerts, and an e-learning training portal which you can invite your team to by sharing a simple sign up link.
Your team can access e-learning modules via the portal’s e-learning section. Members can invite team members by sharing a learning link, entering individual email addresses, or inviting in bulk. The system sends automatic reminders to complete training within 30 days. To request further reporting, use the member portal booking system and select “Request Monthly Training Progress Report. Charges per seat will be collated and invoiced at the end of each month or can ber purchased in bulk ahead of time.
Our templates are easy to navigate and customize but do not include your company details by default. If you’d like them branded, simply submit a request via the appointment booker with the policies you’d like updated, or email us the documents directly, and we’ll take care of it for you.
